Interview with Melissa Ford | Ankush Jain Coaching Career School 2022

This is the sixth in a series of videos that I am releasing to introduce the faculty members for the masterclasses in my upcoming AJC coaching career school, which is focused on helping coaches be more prosperous and wealthy. There are a few spots left so click on the link in the first comment below to find out more.

Today’s video is with a woman who has been a huge role model, colleague and dear friend, Melissa Black Ford. I met Melissa in 2015 when we were both enrolled in Steve Chandler’s ACS coaching school in the States. I’ve seen Melissa grow from being cynical about service to being the role model for creating coaching clients from a place of service.

Check out the video below which we recorded earlier this week. Whether you attend the school or not, I recommend you watch the video and allow it to move you to greater levels of service in your coaching practice which will lead to greater prosperity in your business. Please let me know your insights, aha’s and takeaways in the comments below.

In this video, we talk about the school but also Melissa’s journey with service, what changed for her and what service really means in this profession.

If you are interested in joining my school for coaches which is focused on creating clients, increasing your prosperity and growing your business in a way that is ethical and in line with your values, then check out this link: https://www.ankushjain.co.uk/ajc

The school lasts over 6 months, it will take place over 3 x 3 day weekends in London with some online delivery of masterclasses, laser sessions and some one-to-one with me. There is a lot more information on the sales page and a link to a longer brochure with a lot more information.

Whilst we wait for Melissa’s masterclass next year, here is her bio:

Melissa Ford is a master business and life coach who helps people grow their leadership, impact, income and joy.

With over 20 years of experience, SERVICE is the cornerstone of everything she does. This value shines through in her books Living Service: The Journey of a Prosperous Coach, and as a contributing author to the #1 Bestseller, When All Boats Rise: 12 Coaches on Service as the Heart of a Thriving Practice.

P.S Huge thank you to Felipe Bernardo who has been helping me in preparing for the school and has been incredible as always. Thank you also to Krystian Matusik who edited this video in an incredibly short space of time and continues to work tirelessly to a high standard.
