Last week, my coach Steve Hardison, and I discussed taking my Men’s Immersion to the next level. Steve has a saying: making the ceiling the new floor, i.e., we take an exponential leap into new possibilities. I fly to Phoenix, Arizona, every few months to do the most profound inner work I have ever done with Steve. I know the inner shift in me will always impact my work with men on my Immersions – and it has.
I’ve been running these immersions for over a decade now, and whilst they carry the same name, they are far beyond what I initially used to deliver. Not only have they grown from 3 to 7 days, but they have also moved from a city centre hotel to the top retreat venue in England. They now include pre-immersion webinars, laser coaching, and sessions for participants to consciously create their documents (a set of I AM declarations by which they live their lives).
However, the most significant shift has been in who I am. These are not programs where I teach for seven days. I am a facilitator and coach, but my primary role is to create the space for miracles to occur and lead us as we co-create the immersion together. I create these from a place of, “What would I pay to attend?”
This next Men’s Immersion will be the best I have ever created, by far. It is for men who are already successful and are deliberate and focused in achieving excellence in all areas of their lives and want the best for themselves and their fellow participants.

He has shifted his entire Being over the past few months in every area of his life and has already signed up for another immersion next year. He was so impacted that he is committed to supporting the creation of what has become a movement with a vision for many immersions all over the world hosted by different men.
