A Heartfelt Note About Your Immersion Experience
For weeks, I’ve been pondering how to adequately describe to you what my men’s immersions are all about. I’ve finally come to the conclusion that I can’t! You simply have to experience it for yourself to truly understand. And yet, I’m going to try anyway.
Part of the problem is that whatever words I use here, you’ve likely heard them before from every other coach or trainer who offers live group programs or retreats. And yet, I know in my bones, that there’s something undescribingly different about mine.
For one thing, no subject is off the table. Be it business, relationships, health, self-image or anything else that might be on your mind. We have the time and space to explore it all.
Another big difference is our deep dive into learning how the human mind works as a catalyst for change.
It is through these explorations, where you’ll experience a natural (and quite amazing) falling away of your old, limiting stories. Because when we start with the fundamental Truth that there is nothing in you (or in fact in any human being) that needs to be repaired or fixed, it’s a game-changer. And when you truly see that you are not broken or “not enough” in any way, your false stories, assumptions and beliefs simply vanish. That’s when something else comes through…

Again, it’s impossible to say. And yet, deep down, I know you have an inkling. We’ve all touched that place inside of us that brings us that much closer to our true power. It’s something that is indescribable yet inherent in everyone. Stepping into the power of your true self is exactly what my Men’s Immersion group is designed to do.
It’s Not About Me
All I do is create the space for transformation to happen. A space where you can really slow down and connect with yourself. A space to step into that part of you that is beyond words, concepts or ideas. A space for support without any judgement.
But it’s what you and the rest of the group bring to the table that matters.
All I ask of you is openness and commitment.
While this may sound easy on the surface, you’ll have your work cut out for you.
For instance, you’ll be challenged to face your blind spots.
And you’ll have to be open to the possibility that you may not know everything about your own story.
Most importantly, you’ll have to be ready for, and open to the possibility of deep and lasting change. You’d be surprised how many think they are ready, but then hold back. The more open and honest you are, the more transformative your Immersion experience will be.
As to your commitment, you’ll need to prioritise the immersion and the pre-work assigned to you. You will need to be on time and fully present during the entire event. Your commitment starts the moment you sign up.
Logistical details:
The Immersions are a 6 month program culminating in a 7-day residential experience in the English countryside for men and the cost includes accommodation and teaching materials.
Places are limited to 12 men as I’ve found that small group immersion style experiences result in more impact and transformation for attendees than hosting larger conference or seminar-style events.
I’ve run these Immersions every year since 2015 and attendees have come from all over the world, including the UK, Australia, Canada, and the U.S. My goal is always to create the kind of event I would pay to attend, and I’m proud to say that each of these Immersions have not only sold out, but had a tremendous impact on the lives of those who attended.
Please note that spaces sell out months in advance so book early to avoid disappointment.
The Immersion Experience Includes:
- Individual 30 minute laser coaching session with each attendee which is recorded and shared privately with other attendees.
- Access to a private Facebook group with exclusive pre-work leading up to the live immersion experience
- Individual private 60 minute coaching calls with me prior to the live event (1 per month, max of 4)
- A 7-day live experience for men which focuses on showing up more powerfully in life, in relationships, in business, and in your career (includes accommodation in a private room)
- The opportunity to be coached at the front of the room around what beliefs/thoughts are holding you back from showing up more powerfully
- A brotherhood and community of like-minded men who aspire towards excellence

Who This is For
Each Immersion experience is different, as each group is different. There is no buy now button on this page for a reason.
