WHY DO I SUPPORT OTHER COACHES?
I know I created a video explaining why I created my Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/coaching3ps/) for coaches but that is a few years old now. So, why is it that I continue to run this group? Well, there are a number of reasons.
Firstly, and most importantly, learning about the 3 Principles of Mind, Thought and Consciousness deeply and personally impacted me. To date, they have been the single most useful and transformative thing I have ever learned about. I view my life as the time before I was introduced to this understanding and after it.
However, like many of you, I’m sure, I wondered why so few people knew about this work and its profound impact. This was closely followed by my own struggle in getting people to hear just how powerful this work really is and the impact it could have on them.
I STRUGGLED
I struggled with creating email lists, landing pages, selling courses and groups and signing up clients for large sums of money. Simply being told that I was feeling my thinking about marketing didn’t feel right.
Thankfully, being introduced to Steve Chandler‘s work immediately shifted how I was showing up in the world. Not only that it resulted in more clients and therefore more people being impacted by this understanding.
I saw that if more 3 Principles (3P) coaches could also shift their approach towards their business, not only would they make more money but they would actually help and impact more people. So my group is one of the ways, through posts, interviews and the online community, that I wanted to support other 3P coaches. I want to support them to have more business success because it would mean this wonderful understanding would reach more people. Truth be told, as a community, we aren’t very good at getting paid for our work.
I AM AVAILABLE AS A COACH
Secondly, I wanted to make 3P coaches aware that I was available to be a business coach to them. When I was looking for my own business coach in 2014, I really struggled to find someone who was grounded in this understanding, had a proven track record of creating their own prosperous coaching practice and helping others to do the same. Everyone I spoke to was either very prescriptive around marketing or simply told me to get a deeper understanding of the 3 Principles.
Many of you have signed up to attend the webinar I am running with Steve on the 18th February 2020 at 8pm UK time. My aim is that anyone who attends or watches the recording will be positively impacted in ways that grow their impact in the world and their bank balance. I will also be making an offer to coaches who would like the support of a 3P business coach who isn’t prescriptive around marketing. Whether you attend the webinar or not, whether you’re ready to sign up for coaching or not, I’m glad you are in this community and I’m 100% supportive of your professional work which helps us all.
