The Soul of Your Business with Amir Karkouti | AJC Coaching Career School 2023

In this video, I am interviewing one of the faculty members for my AJC Coaching Career School 2023, Amir Karouti. Amir is a dear friend, colleague, coach and successful business owner who has the ability to powerfully speak to the heart of what makes coaches thrive. In this conversation, we talk about getting in touch with the soul of your coaching business, which is just a sample from the full masterclass Amir will be delivering to the members of the school.

00:00 Introduction
02:02 How coaches can learn from every business
03:18 Doing the ordinary vs doing the extraordinary
08:02 The market will tell how much your coaching is worth
09:53 The importance of cultivating relationships
10:51 Getting in touch with the power of your work
16:55 Transforming the school into a movement

Amir is someone I met years ago through Facebook and over the years we’ve become colleagues and good friends. We’ve hosted webinars and online programs together despite never meeting in person. Those of you who spend even a short space of time with him know he has a great sense of humour and really brings joy to his work.

If you are interested in joining the second AJC Coaching Career School which is focused on creating clients, increasing your prosperity and growing your business in a way that is ethical and in line with your values, then check out this link:

The school lasts over 6 months, it will take place in London with some online delivery of masterclasses and there is a lot more information on the sales page and a link to a longer brochure with a lot more information. I personally believe there is nothing else like this.
