There’s one thing AI will never have. Soul.
When Rob Cressy said that in our conversation, I found myself nodding—not out of surprise, but recognition. It landed not as something new, but something already known.
Because I’ve always sensed that there’s something irreplaceable about human connection. That no matter how powerful the technology, it can’t replicate the presence of a genuine friend. A coach. A soul meeting another soul.
And in that moment, I understood why the universe connected me with Rob.
Here is someone who’s not obsessed with the tool, but with the truth. Yes, ChatGPT and the emerging AI tools are incredible. I believe we’re just scratching the surface of what they can do. But Rob sees what I see—that these tools are here to amplify our humanity, not replace it. That they’re not about making coaching less human, but more.
That’s why I’ve invited Rob to join the AJC Coaching Career School 2025–2026 faculty. Because this is exactly what we are teaching. Not just how to use AI, but how to use it with soul.
Rob shared a workflow that takes less than ten minutes. I applied it, and within hours, I’d created a piece of content that led to a real, heartfelt conversation with a potential client. It wasn’t just fast. It felt aligned. It sounded like me. Because it was me.
The real magic wasn’t in the speed. It was in the process:
Human. AI. Human.
Start with your heart. Speak to the tool as a partner, not a god. Then return. Shape it. Infuse it. Make it soul.
I see now a bigger vision emerging. For coaching. For this profession. For my mission. And for every coach who joins us.
Because if you use these tools out of the box, you’ll get generic results. They might look nice. But they won’t connect. But when you come from a deeper place—when you see yourself as the sculptor, not the tool—the possibilities become extraordinary.
That’s what we’re building in this school. A place where your creativity, your voice, and your soul aren’t replaced—they’re magnified.
This isn’t just a programme. It’s a movement. It’s a remembering. That even as technology evolves, our humanity isn’t something to overcome. It’s the thing that matters most.
If you want to be part of that, message me and I’ll send you the programme page with all the details.
And even if you don’t join the school, I’d encourage you to watch the full interview with Rob. It’ll remind you of what’s already inside you.
With love and soul,
Ankush
