At the end of January, Steve Hardison did an interview for The Ultimate Coach Facebook group.
Now, Steve Hardison is someone I’ve been aware of for many years. I first met him in 2014 when he was a guest at a weekend intensive run by Steve Chandler and Rich Litvin. That was the weekend when I decided to work with Steve Chandler and he subsequently has been my coach for eight and a half years. It was also the weekend that I first met Steve Hardison who I didn’t quite know what to make of.
This guy was speaking in ways that I had never heard anyone speak, and whilst I had some judgments come up, I thought if this man believes everything he says, I can see why he’s one of the highest-paid coaches in the world.
Right now, he charges $200,000 for 50 hours of coaching and last year (2022) I paid him $45,000 for 10 hours of coaching, which I had to take in person. It is a significant investment of time, money and energy to fly out to Phoenix several times to have these sessions. But I can say with complete conviction they were worth every penny.
So back to this interview.
Steve Hardison rarely gives interviews. I remember searching around for any content of Steve’s and there was hardly anything available. Well, he recently did this very rare interview for his Facebook group, and it’s filled with absolute gold.
I encourage anyone to watch it and take from it whatever is helpful for them. If there was something Steve says that you don’t resonate with or you don’t like, you can ignore those. But don’t throw out everything he’s saying, because if you listen deeply, you might find something that can really help you make a difference in someone else’s life.
