One of the best people in the world at listening and teaching people how to listen better is Dr Mark Howard, a psychologist from California who you may or may not have heard of.
Mark and I released a program last year for coaches and one of the reasons why I partnered up with Mark was because of how good he is at deeply listening to his clients and creating a space for connection.
As some of you know, I rarely partner with other people, so it really speaks volumes about Mark that I did that and it was the best thing I could have done. I learned so much from Mark. Just observing him speak about various topics with regards to coaching and watching his coaching sessions that we produce for the course was very, very, very helpful for me and made me a better coach.
