How to Apply Knowledge to Your Coaching Practice

I am so committed to my clients and to the coaches in the AJC Coaching Career School that I have made it harder to graduate from the school. It is not enough to pay me money and show up.

How many courses have you taken where you got more information but nothing changed?

I am determined that attending the AJC Coaching Career School means something and that everyone will see a massive transformation in their coaching business (and life).

This requires a commitment to really engage with the school. Coaches had to watch over 30 thirty-minute laser coaching sessions that I held to graduate from the last school and comment below the video. They had to attend at least two of the three weekends in person as a minimum. They needed to watch every masterclass and leave comments on the video. They had to read 6 books that were on the curriculum.

Why?

Because the difference between just showing up at the live weekends and fully committing to the school is worlds apart. I have attended programs where there are no or very little requirements to complete the program or graduate from it.

This is not your typical coaching school. This is the best coaching school that I know of on the planet. This commitment to graduate is only one of the reasons why.

Coaches – do you encourage your clients to read, watch videos, and complete assignments you set them up for, or do you prescribe that they do certain things (making a solid agreement that you both commit to)?

Here’s a recording of one of the school weekends in London last year in which I am talking about how to apply all this knowledge to your coaching practice.
